At TTISA (Taunton Independent Supporters Association), we are committed to supporting our members and providing value through exclusive content, events, and community activities. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines our approach to membership subscription refunds.
1. Subscription Types
We offer two types of memberships:
Monthly Subscription – billed every month.
Annual Subscription – billed once per year.
2. Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations.
Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel your annual subscription within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal date, you are eligible to request a full refund.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
You will continue to have access until the end of your annual term, even if you cancel early.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us at:
Email: fundraising@ttisa.co.uk
Include the following:
• Your full name
• Email address used for registration
• Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 7 working days.
Please Note: Upon Completion of a Refund, your Membership Account on TTISA will be terminated. You will need to re-register and re-subscribe to receive full TTISA benefits.
4. Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will do our best to resolve any issues amicably and promptly.
5. Changes to This Policy
TTISA reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
